This placement is only applicable if you are using (New) Customer accounts.

Overview

You can show the number of loyalty points a customer earned for a given order on the Order Status page. This page is visible if the customer clicks on an order in the Orders page in their account.

The points earned are calculated based on the order total and the "Place an order" earning rule you've set up.

The "View rewards" button opens a dedicated page for the loyalty program in customer accounts. Make sure to add this page by following the steps in this article: Customer Account Loyalty Page
