Exclude shipping and taxes from awarding points

By default the points are rewarded for orders based on the total order amount including shipping and taxes.


You can exclude shipping and/or taxes from the point calculation the following way:


  1. Go to the "Loyalty program" page in the app
  2. On the right in the "Point calculation for orders" section check in the "Exclude shipping" and/or "Exclude taxes" checkboxes


  1. Save the changes
