% off discount

You can let customers redeem their points for a "% off" discount which gives them a fixed percentage off the order total.

Go the the "Loyalty program" page in the app
In the "Ways to redeem" section click "Add way to redeem" button and select "% off discount" from the list

Set the "Reward title" which will be visible on the storefront. You should put the exact discount amount in the reward title, eg.: 5% off discount
In the "For X points" field specify the number of points the customer needs to spend for the discount
In the "Customer gets X% discount" field specify the discount percentage they will get

On the reward edit page on the right you can set the following details for the reward:

**Minimum order value: ** If set the discount will only be applied above the total order value provided
**Reward expiry: ** If set once the discount is redeemed it will expiry after the number of days provided
**Combine with other discounts: ** You can select whether the customer can combine the discount with other discounts like order or product discounts. By default the discount can't be combined with other discounts
