Setting up the Sign up earning rule
To encourage your customers to sign up to your loyalty program you can award them loyalty points when creating an account on your webshop.
- Go to the "Loyalty program" page in the app
- In the "Ways to earn" section click the "Add way to earn" button and select "Sign up" from the list
- Provide the title of the earning rule which will be visible for the customers on the storefront
- Set the number of points to be awarded when the customer signs up on your store
- Save the changes
FAQ
When are the points awarded?
The points are awarded when the customer creates an account on your store. Note: customers who already had an account when the rule was created won't receive points for the sign up earning rule
