Social media earning rule types



You can award loyalty points for customers after the following social media actions:

Follow on Instagram: Reward points for customers who follow your Instagram page
Follow on TikTok: Reward points for customers who follow your TikTok page
Follow on X (Twitter): Reward points for customers who follow your X (Twitter) account
Like Facebook page: Reward customers who like your Facebook page
Share link on Facebook: Reward customers who share your webshop link on Facebook
Share link on X (Twitter): Reward customers who share your webshop link on X (Twitter)

Setting up a Social media earning rule



Go to the "Loyalty program" page in the app
In the "Ways to earn" section click the "Add way to earn" button and select the social media action you want to reward


Provide the title of the earning rule which will be visible for the customers on the storefront
Provide the link, social media page the customers should follow/like/share
Set the points the customer will receive for completing the action


Save the changes

How do you verify if the customer completed the social media action?

Due to limitations by social media platforms loyalty apps can't verify if a customer really followed through with the action. Nevertheless the app redirects them to the correct social media page which in our experience makes most customers follow through with the action.
