Thank You Page: Join program

Overview

The most effective way to increase participation in your loyalty program is to encourage customers to sign up on the Thank you page by showing the number of points earned for the purchase.

The Thank you page block increase loyalty program participation by 2x on average.



The points earned are calculated based on the order total and the "Place an order" earning rule you've set up.

Logged out customers see a "Join program" button that redirects them to the "Create account" page in your webshop.

Logged in customers see a "View points" button that redirects them to their account page.

How to set up

To prompt customers to join the loyalty program on the Thank you page you'll need to add the "Join Loyalty Program" app block to the thank you page in the checkout editor:

Go to Shopify Settings > Checkout and click the "Customize" button to open the checkout editor


On the top middle navigate to the Thank you page
On the left click the "Add app block" button and select the "Join Loyalty Program" block from the list


Drag the app block to the place where you want to show it
Save the changes

Change texts

You can change the texts of the thank you page block in the app admin on the "Customize storefront > Thank you page: Join program" page.
