How to manually add points to customers?
Add points manually to a single customer
In the Shopify admin go to "Customers"
On the Customers page search for the customer you want to add points to
Click the name of the customer and then adjust their available point balance in the "Loyalty program points" metafield
Save the changes
Add points to customers in bulk
In the Shopify admin go to "Customers"
Select the customers where you want to add points to
Click "Bulk edit" on the top right
In the bulk editor click "Columns" on the top right and select the "Loyalty program points" metafield
Adjust the point balances in bulk
Save the changes
